its funny this came up on my dash now of all times.  what a coincidence.

if it was genuine, then i applaud you.  it must have been tough to let your guard down but it was needed and its good you finally realized.

i am appreciative.  

it doesn’t mean things will change because what has happened has happened and things CAN’T be changed, emotions were involved, hurt was caused, lessons were learned, and i’ve significantly done some growing.  the past is the past for a reason. nevertheless swallowing your ego is admirable.   

and IF it was genuine, then you’ve gained back a little bit of the respect that you lost when you slipped up, numerous times.  and more than anything, with the apology, you’ve fortified the notion in MY head, the one that all my loved ones drilled into me during dark times, that i deserve the best, and that wasn’t you…
